NSW — 146,000+ individual sale records from the NSW Valuer General. Real prices, real addresses, real counts. This is as good as free data gets in Australia.
VIC — No individual sale records are publicly available. Scores are estimated using NSW market distribution curves matched to VIC suburb medians. Directionally useful, not exact.
All other states — Not yet. Individual sale records aren't publicly available for free anywhere else in Australia. We're working on it.
